Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Methods & Rates Free Shipping on all orders over $75.

Orders are shipped via standard shipping and typically arrive within 3-4 business days.

Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the progress of your delivery. You can track your order using the carrier’s website or through the link provided in the email.

Shipping Restrictions: We currently offer shipping within the United States only. 

Address Accuracy: Please double-check the accuracy of your shipping address before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for delays or misdeliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages. While we do our best to ensure that your order arrives safely, Elixser Health is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they leave our warehouse. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.
