At Elixser Health, your satisfaction means everything to us.

If you're not completely happy with your purchase, contact us within 30 days and we'll give you a full refund—no questions asked.

How to Request a Refund or Return

Just email us at info@elixserhealth.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll handle it from there. If needed, we may request the product to be returned and will provide a prepaid shipping label with return instructions.

Please do not send any items back without first contacting us.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, let us know right away so we can make it right.

When to Expect Your Refund

Once your return (if requested) is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
